I'm about to be a grouch. I don't like when deviantART sends me notices about contests.  Do they really think I want to enter a contest? Have you SEEN what these dA folks can do?  In a million gazillion years, I could never come anywhere close to that kind of skill and talent.  I'm not even sure those people are fully human.  Entering a contest would be about as pointless as using a single drop of water to put out a house fire. So please.  Stop sending me contest notices.  I will remove them before you can say "Win!". I just felt like saying that. :P

Where have I gone?  I do not know.  But there is good news:  I come bearing deviations!  They are all photos, and I have ten of them. I'm taking a self-led photography class, so it makes sense that I have more to share with you than usual.  But actually, only a few of these are actually new.  Most of them are old pictures that I've been saving so that I could see if they were worthy of being enhanced and added to my gallery.  There were some nice surprises in there.  I hope you enjoy them!

Thanks to ~midori-no-ink (https://www.deviantart.com/midori-no-ink)'s generous Christmas present, I can have pretty journal skins.  This one was desgined by :iconcaybeach:.  Another present I picked out for myself is a book about photomanipulation, so hopefully that means more deviations in the near future!
